For learners who work or want to work in Health and Care settings in a supervisory role
If you complete this course, you will:
-Learn the knowledge and skills required for workers with responsibilities for care and support in an adult care role
-Understand what the role of an adult care worker involves and your responsibilities as a supervisor in an adult care setting
-Improve your knowledge and skills in caring for adults and supporting staff in an adult care setting
-Achieve level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
Duration 2 year course, 36 weeks per year, 3 hours per week
