Adult learners aged over 19 years will generally pay full cost fees unless booking onto a free course. There may be other costs for materials etc.

Learners under 19, or up to 24 with an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) should chat to us or take a look here to check elibility for funding.

All of our new Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of seven ‘purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning. This course will help build parenting skills and give you the confidence to support your children's learning. Join us for this free taster session of our Positive routines for children course, where you'll get a sneak peek into how simple, yet powerful, routines can transform your child's day-to-day experiences. In this brief session, we'll introduce key concepts on building emotional, physical, and social routines that nurture your child's growth. You'll walk away with practical tips you can start using right away, no matter your child's age. Whether you're seeking smoother mornings or better bedtime habits, this session will give you a taste of the tools and strategies that can help your family to thrive!
Who is this course for?
This course is for you if you are a parent/carer of a child at Highfield Hall Primary and Nursery School. Our courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
This is a classroom-based course. There will be practical activities with guidance from your tutor. The course will be a mix of tutor-led activities, and individual work. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
What will I need?
You may want to bring something to make notes.
