Adult learners aged over 19 years will generally pay full cost fees unless booking onto a free course. There may be other costs for materials etc.

Learners under 19, or up to 24 with an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) should chat to us or take a look here to check elibility for funding.

Description
This chair exercise class is for everyone. It's great if you are new or coming back. We build on what you know. You will get stronger, move better, and feel good at your own pace. You will use a chair and resistance bands, great for low-impact exercise. We will help you adapt the movements so they suit your needs. Help your body move better, feel more energy, enjoy yourself, and feel calm and happy. Come along, take a seat, and start moving towards better health and wellbeing.
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who wants easy exercise. It's good if you are new, coming back after a break, or want gentle moves. It helps you get stronger and feel better at your own speed.
How will I learn?
You will learn through easy, step-by-step exercises using a chair and resistance bands. We show each move and help you do it safely. You can go at your own pace, enjoy music, and ask for support anytime.
What will I need?
Just bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a smile! We provide the chair!
Are there any other costs?
This course is free and there are no further costs.
